Automatic High Speed Servo Driven Linear Vial Injectable Liquid Filling with Rubber Stoppering Machines works in intermittent motion to fill sterile liquid in a glass vial, executed by means of rotary piston pumps or peristaltic pumps as per product characteristic and client's requirement.
Rubber stoppering is done by pick and place type vacuum disk based for full or partial bunging of slotted rubber stoppers for lyophilisation purpose. These machines have spontaneous or periodic vial sampling system and vial rejection system in case of missing rubber stopper on it.
