This machine is design to exhibit small batches for R&D and production to process sterile dry injection powder in micro dose inside RTU (Ready to use) vials.
It is equipped with an infeed turntable, a servo driven single powder filling station, servo driven pick and place type rubber stoppering & cap placement station along with single head cap crimping station. This machine is fully automatic with easy and fast changeover procedures, requires minimum operator’s involvement and ensures optimum utilization of raw materials.
